Q: I am so stressed about my job situation - i need change and room to just be who i am and not what people want me to be, but the money in my bank account says i need to stay at this boring job.

I really don't know what is the right thing to do but at this point i am ready to quit.

A: You were born in 1965, the year of the Love-In, the hippie, the cultural revolution. Read my article on Kurt Cobain for more information on what makes your generation unique. Your chart is very similar to his in that you also have a conjunction of Uranus and Pluto in Virgo exactly opposite a conjunction of Saturn and Chiron in Pisces. This is a powerful system that deals with the flow of energy through and around your physical and etheric bodies, and you may experience anxieties or other psycho-physical problems if you lose your sense of inner balance.

Your Virgo Sun is centered around making a living and supporting yourself - Virgo needs security and tends to be somewhat cautious. You like to line up all of your options and examine them carefully, and then sometimes you may lack the OOMPH to get you out of your current situation. Your Jupiter is in Gemini, and it makes no aspects to any other planets which shows that it operates purely and powerfully, opening the door to plenty of opportunities if you will only take advantage of them. This planetary event, or transit, first hit you back in April through July of 2005, and came back in February for the final time. Another of the midlife crisis transits will hit you this Spring when you pass through your Uranus Opposition. Your Uranus Opposition will be particularly powerful for you because Uranus is conjunct Pluto in your chart, and opposes Jupiter and Chiron. During the Uranus opposition we may feel extremely restless and unhappy with the way our lives have turned out. It's purpose is to confront us with the truth of our life, and to offer us the courage to make changes where change is needed.
