Human relationships are amazingly complex and mysterious, and the reasons that two people are drawn together are often impossible to fathom. In comparing the astrological charts of two people there are many different aspects to consider. Sun sign compatibility is one of the least important predictors of a lasting relationship, and in fact, compatibility in general is not a great predictor of a durable relationship. So first we look at compatibility of the Moon - are their emotional needs in harmony? Then Mercury - can they communicate with each other? Venus - do they understand what each one needs in the relationship? Mars - are they sexually compatible and can then inspire each other?
